About Emily:

With so many demands on our time, many of are paying less and less attention to ourselves.

This takes a toll on our mental and physical wellbeing, leading to an overactive mind and dysregulated nervous system.

I turned to teaching following my own experience of a dysregulated nervous system and repetitive burnout during my early career in the corporate world. With a personal practice spanning almost a decade, yoga scooped me up and became my new vocation.

Fortunate enough to learn under the guidance of Yoga Elders Faye Shekhar and Samantha Layzell, I adopt a non - dogmatic approach to yoga rooted in anatomy, mobility and strength.

The dream is simple; to empower through movement and breath, no matter background or experience.

To cultivate a supportive environment where you can grow, develop and navigate a frantic world with greater ease.

I am deeply passionate about balancing the pendulum between effort and softness in our modern lives. Blending ancient wisdom with a contemporary understanding of the human body, I am hugely influenced by the latest findings of neuroscience and biomechanics.

Expect playful, intelligent sequencing interwoven with moments of stillness and breath awareness, as we work together to recalibrate the mind- body connection, soothe the nervous system and cultivate resilience in the body and mind so you can navigate the modern work with ease.
